Yes, if your event is officially cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your order total.  However, we do not refund for postponed or rescheduled events because your tickets will still be good for the new date.  


In some cases, the seller will need the tickets shipped back to them in order to receive a refund.  We will send you a prepaid shipping label if your tickets need to be sent back.  If you haven't received notification that your tickets need to be shipped back after one month, feel free to discard the tickets at that time.
